Rental
Bastide Oleander is rented to a maximum of 8 adults or 10 including children. Rental is Saturday to Saturday. In July and August the minimum rental period is 2 weeks, unless there's a week left. Arrival at the house is from 4pm and departure no later than 10am to allow a full changeover clean.
Prices
The rental price is for the property per week. The swimming pool is heated from May to September and is included in the price.

Included
Everything is included in the rental price: all the utilities, barbeque gas, bed linen, bath towels, bath mats, pool towels and the swimming pool heating. There's WiFi internet and we have very good mobile phone reception across the networks. Before and after your stay a full changeover clean is done and on bookings of more than a week there's a full linen change on Saturday. If you have a baby or toddler we can provide a travel cot with bedding and a highchair.
Booking
A 25% deposit of the total amount is required to secure your dates along with signing our rental contract. The balance and a returnable security deposit of £1000 would then be required 8 weeks before your arrival date. Payments can be made by bank transfer or by sterling cheque. The security deposit will be refunded in full providing the house is left in good order.
